DressMeGlam.com Store Policy



We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We do not accept payment in cash, personal checks, company checks, gift cards or prepaid cards.  All payments are processed by verified merchant Authorize.net in order to ensure security of your information. 

We verify all billing information before an order is shipped out. Please ensure your billing information is correct as that could delay your order. We reserve the right to cancel the order if billing information is not verified. Currently we do not accept email or phone orders.

Processing & Shipping

Processing takes upto 48 hours (2 business days) from the time the order is placed. $5.99 Flat Rate USPS shipping for all orders shipped to the lower 48 states only. We ship internationally and shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Customer will be provided a shipping tracking number. You can track your order by logging into your account. 

ALL ORDERS OVER $100 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING but restricted to the lower 48 states only. 

All items shipped with Free Shipping will be shipped USPS Mail only. Free Shipping does not apply to any expedited shipping. Free shipping does not apply to any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico or any other International location. No additional discounts will be applied for items that have free shipping.

For refused or undeliverable shipments (i.e. multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information) customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any incurred costs for returning the package to DressMeGlam.com. Total amount will be subtracted from the store credit.

Generally all the merchandise on the website is in stock in the occurrence of an item being out of stock customer will be notified promptly and refunded for the missing item.

Once a package is dropped off to the carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore in cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our deeply discounted prices we do not offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue our customers store credit. Simply return the item back to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed with ALL TAGS attached) and we will issue you store credit, valid for one year (See below for Return Procedure).

DressMeGlam will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed so please ensure not to take off tags while trying on.

All sales are final for accessories and clearance items.

Once an order is completed we do not accept cancellation or modification of an order.

Return Procedure

If you wish to exchange an item, or are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, valid for one year. Customer will pay the shipping fee to ship the item back. We  recommend that you get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.  It is customer's responsibility to make sure the return items are delivered to us. Original shipping is non refundable.

To request a product return please Log onto your account once logged in: 

1-    Click on the first link: History and details of my orders

2-    Locate the order you wish to return the product from and click the details link

3-    Scroll down and locate the product you wish to return

4-    Click on the checkbox of the product you wish to return

5-    Explain the reason for the return in the Merchandise Return box

6-    Click Make an RMA slip 

At this point we will receive Return Merchandise Authorization request and once confirmed

1-    Log onto your account

2-    Select the second link My merchandise returns

3-    Click ‘Print Out’ under the Return Slip option

4-    Follow the instructions

RMA # will be refused if request is not submitted within 30 days of receipt. 

Merchandise must be returned with either original invoice or with invoice # and customer contact info included in the package. Please mark RMA # clearly on the outside of the package before sending out the package. Any package without RMA # on the package will be refused. Return will be processed and store credit issued within 3-4 business days. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for store credit and will not be shipped back to the client.

Are my transactions safe?

Absolutely. Protecting your sensitive information is our priority. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and the small 'padlock' icon on your browser confirms this. Thus, your credit card information is encrypted and safe.


DressMeGlam.com domain, original product images, and DressMeGlam.com logo are registered properties of DressMeGlam.com. Unauthorized use of DressMeGlam's, original product images and logos is in violation of U.S. And International copyright law.


Fraud Verification for ALL orders outside the United States

DressMeGlam.com conducts Fraud Verification on ALL orders with billing addresses outside the United States. No items will be shipped unless a front and back copy of the credit card used is emailed to info@dressmeglam.com amd a copy of an official ID or passport. The name on the ID MUST match the name of the credit card used. When a verification is required a representative from DressMeGlam.com will contact you via phone or email.
